Orders are shipped in a timely manner with a processing time of 48-72 hours, however this time frame might change due to special needs or unforseen circumstances. Purchases are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding holidays. We take great care in packaging your orders securely so they arrive to you safe and sound. Please double-check your mailing address before placing your order as we regret to inform you that we are not responsible for items that are sent to an incorrect address.
Please note that we recycle and reuse our shipping materials as much as possible to decrease our environmental impact. This will have no affect on the quality, safety and security of your shipment.
If you have any question/request regarding your order or if you prefer a different shipping carrier (i.e. UPS or Fedex) contact us at email@example.com and we will arrange a special delivery for you.
Returns and Exchanges
We currently do not offer a return policy for any purchases. All sales are final. This is because most of our online items are fine art prints or vinyl figures, which are fragile and often tricky to ship back to us undamaged.
However, we do offer exchanges or store credit in case of damages caused from shipping to you. Please contact us ASAP and we will give you further instructions, as cases need to be handled differently depending on the product type (print, toy, etc), and the rarity of such product. We have friendly and prompt service as our bottom line is keep you happy.
If you purchased a toy that has arrived damaged, contact us ASAP and send us a picture of the damage. Pictures must be sent within 5 days from delivery (your tracking number will work as warranty). We will give you further instructions, as cases need to be handled individually depending on the damage, rarity of the figure, etc. We do not offer refunds or replacements for damaged boxes.
Please note that import taxes, duties, and/or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We're sorry, but we are unable to write on the customs document that your purchase is a gift or that has a lower value than its actual price :)
